Disliked: The night staff on our first night was a bit rude and unprofessional... They were not equipped with essentials such as towels and the bathtub was not clean when we first arrived there was hair and dirt left in the tub... I also didn't see any hand soap or sanitizer in the dining area... There's no social hour on weekends.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing breakfast! I would recommend my family and friends to stay here.

I'd stay again, but just...

Liked: The suite set up was perfect for my wife and I traveling with 3 teenagers.
Disliked: The breakfast was a joke. What little food there was was cold. There were no forks, only a handful of plastic spoons. My kids had to wait for plates to be brought out, and the person working the kitchen was clearly put out to be asked to do anything. It was very clear she didn't care about her job at all. It was such a surprise to have such a bad experience when the rest of the hotel stay was perfect

Liked: I loved the space in the rooms and the peace and quiet.
Disliked: The floors were not clean. The coach and chairs were a bit filthy. The phones did not work when we tried to call for extra towels. And, the curtains wouldn't close for more privacy.

Disliked: The couch/sofa bed was uncomfortable.
