Disliked: I arrived after a 6-hour drive, ready to check in and rest. When we got there close to midnight, the lobby was chaotic—young kids were running around unsupervised.We were given our room key, but when we got to the room, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. One bed had no linens, the other had balled-up sheets, and there was trash on the tables and counters.We returned to the front desk, only to be told that at nearly midnight, the only available room was a queen bed—not enough to accommodate my family. I was traveling with my 20-year-old son, his girlfriend, and my teenager. A queen studio simply wasn’t an option.After the front desk agent contacted a manager, we were eventually given two separate rooms—on different ends of the hallway. Thankfully my son was old enough to stay in the other room, but it was still an unacceptable situation to deal with that late at night.The next morning, I noticed multiple charges on my account and called the manager. She refunded me $50, but to be honest, the entire experience was a disaster.

Disliked: The fact that I was injured in their parking lot and owner didn’t even say a word to me the staff checked on me but didn’t even ask if there was anything they could do to accommodate

Disliked: There was no lightning outside at night, the rooms were disgustingly stained (117), broken fixtures, there was an open maintenance closet open that wouldn’t close(211) and the last room (243) had ashes still on the table and it looked as if someone was sitting on the bed.
