Liked: Staff was friendly and polite
Disliked: The fact that I was injured in their parking lot and owner didn’t even say a word to me the staff checked on me but didn’t even ask if there was anything they could do to accommodate

Disliked: The breakfast was ok no meat or waffles.

Disliked: There was no lightning outside at night, the rooms were disgustingly stained (117), broken fixtures, there was an open maintenance closet open that wouldn’t close(211) and the last room (243) had ashes still on the table and it looked as if someone was sitting on the bed.

Staff was the best

Liked: Staff were amazingly kind and extremely accommodating. It was myself, my disabled husband and my 84 year old grandfather. It was nice that we were able to have our own bathrooms and bedrooms since my grandfather gets us at 4 am every morning. It was nice to be able to make coffee in the room, I set it up that night and all he had to do was hit the button in the morning. Beds were crisp, clean and comfortable. The AC worked very well. The water pressure was ok, plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the basics and even had some Splenda and sweet n low for the coffeemaker. The pillows were full sized and not floppy. Breakfast was very good, a couple of the ladies helped me get food for my grandfather, it was a big helping hand. I really appreciated that. We got an amazing rate and it was worth it. I would stay here again.
Disliked: The carpet in our room really needs replacing, it was very stained and worn. The floor was a bit soft in places.

Good value for money

Liked: Very spacious apartment with everything we needed.
Disliked: Suited our needs for a stopover between Memphis and Nashville
