Liked: We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located hotel. The bed, pillows and everything … are just so comfortable. Extra pillows and a light blanket are very much appreciated. We will definitely go back to this place for our next stay in Orange County. To the hotel staff, thank you so much for your great service. Someone was checking on us all the time by text asking if we need anything or asking us if we are comfortable. What a nice gesture ! Keep up the good job!

Disliked: Having to pay for parking and resort fees. That was unbelievable, I don’t know how I missed that when I booked. Very sneaky and greedy. How do you call it a resort but there’s no jacuzzi?
