Liked: Great staff and service.
Disliked: They use foam and plastic on all glasses, plates, cutlery, even to wrap the fruits (the fruits do not need wrapping or protection, they already have their own coverage). In the midst of a climate crisis, a hotel throwing away that amount of trash every day is too harmful and inconsiderate. Consider carton better, or reusable utensils even if you have to wash them.

Lucas Stadium neighborhood

Liked: Quiet (no traffic, hallway voices, or plumbing sounds) comfortable, and large room. Our room had a desk, sofa/seating area, and kitchenette with dishwasher, stovetop, and a full-size refrigerator. There is a guest laundry and business center on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had many options - yogurt, cereal, toast, eggs, fruit, breakfast meats. We were surprised that the M-W “social hour” was actually dinner (burgers, hot dogs, brats, salad, and wine or beer). Walkable to Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center.
Disliked: The lobby has a faint odor of chlorine from the swimming pool.2-3 miles one way is probably too far to Monument Circle or Massachusetts Ave for most people to consider walkable. $25/day for parking. No airport shuttle. Uber/Lyft price would depend on timing (we paid $30 one way).
