Staybridge Suites Houston Stafford - Sugar Land By IHG

Give this hotel a 10. Will definitely look to stay in other Staybridges wherever I travel. Next visit to Houston will definitely stay there again. Love love love it!

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! They even left it out for the late comers. Quality of food was like going to a really good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.

My stay was overall disappointing.

Liked: So far this is my go to hotel when I'm traveling. I like that the suites offer a kitchen/ living area. Raven was an excellent front desk representative. She was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: When I arrived there were dead insects on the floor. A few very obvious stains on the carpet and a strange smell coming from the kitchen sink. I had to stay the first night in that room. I was moved to another room the next day. The 2nd room TV was out of order. I was unable to watch TV. Which is very important for Me. I also didn't enjoy breakfast like I usually do. Seemed like less variety/ options. They also ran out of bacon. No salsa for the eggs. Only cinnamon waffle mix was available.

Really enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: The staff were friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory for our needs and the evening offering of beer and wine social a nice addition. all the other amenities provided were appreciated, from the laundry to the swimming pool.
Disliked: We had had some issues with some small flies in our room that were there where when we arrived. A member of Reception staff did try to help with this problem. I am not aware of anyone resolved this. We kept all edible items either in the fridge or in the microwave to ensure nothing out to attract them. They were a minor bother- probably time of year. None seen on last day.
