Dirty , disgusting

Disliked: Bad staff , dirty carpet and have Rude staff, foul carpet smell in the hallways, and the kitchen staff are unpleasant — they follow and monitor guests. The breakfast was not good, and the overall experience made us feel uncomfortable. The seating in the lobby had flies and was not clean, including the tables. The manager was also rude and unprofessional — we were kicked out and left outside in the heat even though I had children with me. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is by far the worst experience I’ve had, and it turned my trip into a nightmare. We ended up changing hotels

Liked: It was quite back away from the main road breakfast every morning Beth was so sweet she made us feel so welcome she left a heart shaped towel on our bed and rose petals and champagne it was our anniversary vacation and amidst our stay my brother in law was found dead she sent us flowers and a card to our room it really made our day oh and she song happy anniversary to us at breakfast so sweet I hope she never leaves and Alicia and Jazzmon was so sweet and polite always trying to make sure we had everything we needed love those ladies hope they never leave and the housekeepers was really sweet and cleaned the rooms so good the room smelled so fresh and clean thanks Maria and Ericka A Lord willing I’m looking forward to next summer

A convenient and comfortable stay...

Liked: I had a pleasant stay at Staybridge NASA. The hotel is convenient and practical, offering a reasonable breakfast to start the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. I also enjoyed the pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation.
Disliked: The only downside is that the facility feels a bit dated, though it is still well-maintained and clean. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Excellent location, pleasant staff.

Liked: II did not partake in the breakfast, however my niece (who I was traveling with) did and said it was nice.
Disliked: The room I had was considered an accessible room, however the toilet was a standard height and I need a raised toilet. Each year when I travel I have to purchase a toilet riser which can get rather expensive. I do not request a wheelchair access room, which I assume might have a raised toiled, because I want to leave those for someone who really needs it. I walk with a cane but am partially mobile.
