I absolutely loved it!

Liked: The room alone was amazing, then the breakfast was fullfiling. And the location was amazing.
Disliked: That the pool wasn’t open

Disliked: Hair in shower, damaged toilet seat, not enough bedding in the room for the pull out beds and staff never brought any.

Good room but service is miserable.

Liked: Room was big. Comfortable bed. Good quality wifi.
Disliked: Staff was very unprofessional. At the check in time i have even been asked my profession. I was also requested to give a business card without proper explanation like if it was common practice. Breakfast is poor and not re filled in the morning. The last day there were alors nothing and the front desk were busier chatting than taking care of the guests and check if all was ok in the breakfast area. For such a price we could expect better service. On top of this there is no water in the breakfast room. You have to buy complimentary bottles at 3 dollars each. Finally I had to argue during 5 minutes at the check out to get the invoice!! I have never experimented that but the cashier was telling me it was impossible for her to issue an invoice as I booked via a third party booking.com. After insisting several times she finally did it telling me a crap story saying she had to tweak the system to make it print. Such a lie. Very disappointing service! And quite unbelievable.
