SUPER low water pressure. If...

Liked: We didn't eat the breakfast but coffee was good. Stuffs are very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Water pressure was SUPER low. Never stayed at any hotels has that low water pressure. (We had been staying at this hotel a lot of time before and it wasn't like this) The room we stayed wasn't that clean compare before. Also, people were smoking between the parking lot and the hotel building which smell really bad. especially we have kids.

Liked: I absolutely loved that the room had a little kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The lobby and bar areas were nice and comfortable, and they had an excellent selection of drinks and food in an area that was like a mini grocery store. I feel like this place was an excellent value for the money.
Disliked: I arrived before my husband. When he checked in to get his key the person at the desk gave him the key to our room but told him the wrong room number, so he thought his key wasn't working and knocked on the wrong door, waking up a poor woman trying to nap. Mistakes happen, and this little incident would in no way impact my decision to stay here again. In fact, we think this might be our hotel of choice when we need to come to the Galleria area again.

Disliked: No housekeeping during the time I stayed for 4days. Water pressure very weak couldn’t even brush my teeth in the bathroom sink. Tv doesn’t have much to offer. Requested maintenance many times cause toilet was overflowing and took over a hour to come.
