Very friendly desk clerks; breakfast was very good.

Liked: Management made the situation better.
Disliked: When we arived the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Liked: loved the big rooms and the price was reasonable
Disliked: breakfast was terrible, got down there around 8:30 and there was hardly nothing left from the small selection; I was going to at least get a bowl of cereal but there were no bowls or spoons, waited 15 minutes then went out for breakfast

Liked: The location was nice, the exterior of the hotel was nice.
Disliked: hide-A bed did not have sheets or a blanket, we had to go get sheets blankets werent available, mattress was in very poor condition on the pullout couch, and the breakfast was very poor. People waiting in line to get food there was very little available

Liked: We were very happy with how the staff took care of our every need from the front desk to the breakfast guys . We were in Springfield for a heart specialist appt & will be returning in a month we will stay here again for sure
Disliked: We may be spoiled but the mattress was a little bit hard

Liked: Hotel had vacancies the week I was there and they didn't pile all the guests together. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Liked: I like that the staff is always friendly and it is kept clean. I also feel very safe staying there.

Liked: Breakfast on weekends until 10:30. Large suits (not cramped like many hotels). Pool was clean and nice size. Lobby, breakfast area, and computer area looked nice. Room had great a/c, I was able to get it to 65, so great sleeping temperature.
Disliked: Carpet in room left our bare feet black. Unfriendly breakfast area staff towards my 6 year old daughter after she broke a plate. Mess on floor in breakfast area, breakfast area staff ignored and it was still there 2 1/2 hours later when we check out.
