Overall, a very positive experience....

Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice varied selection. Attentive, friendly serving staff. The rooms were very nice and had everything needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Location was very convenient.
Disliked: Check in was the only negative issue I had. I booked both rooms for the three of us, yet desk clerk could not find my reservations. She said the booking.com confirmation number didn't help her. Eventually she located one of the rooms under my friend's name. It was hours later, at a third trip to the desk, that she found the other room reservation. This was inconvenient, but ok. The initial room had been ungraded due to unavailability of what we had booked initially (2 beds in the room). That was a happy surprise. Overall, it was a positive experience though. I'd recommend the place to others.

Liked: close to the event and with such a late check in was glad it was close
Disliked: web site said check out between 11-12. Came back from breakfast at 10:30 and housekeeping was already knocking at my door when I was coming down the hall to see if I was leaving yet. They continoued to stay outside the room for the next 30 minutes or so waiting for me
