The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Liked: The room was lovely. I didn't realize there would be a kitchen and separate bedroom. Not really necessary for a one night stay. The breakfast included was exceptional.

Liked: Spacious apartment, huge balcony, extremely helpful & friendly staff. We feel very welcome here. The breakfast is good. The light complimentary dinner was simple but a nice touch.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My son Wishes there was a hot tub (but there is a small indoor pool)

Disliked: There is no room service at all. There is no help for the weekend. They give you fresh towels but They dont clean the room . They charge for the parking. Its not enough space for all the cars so you have to go to another building and still They charge you. There is a security guy that is really polite but he is the one doing everything. There is no personal in the hotel, the securtiy guy is the one that helps to make the bed and bring towels. Its just not fare.
