Staybridge Suites Hamilton - Downtown By IHG

The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Liked: Big rooms, nice staff, good breakfast (thankfully cause the conference I was Hamilton for didn't have a good breakfast. Nice gym, outdoor patio.

Solid hotel but a little...

Liked: The breakfast was as good as the reviews say. The hotel was clean, and the room was nice.
Disliked: It was a little expensive, not sure if I would stay here again at the price I paid.

Liked: excellent room and breakfast was exceptional
Disliked: I was disappointed with the constant late night music/noise coming from the area behind the hotel where our room was. Didn't sleep well most of the night as this music/noise went on until 3-4am.

Liked: The location is in the downtown core and most things are with walking distance. The breakfast was phenomenal.
Disliked: Everything was good.
