The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Liked: Great location - able to walk to lots of local hot spots.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

It was a great room...

Liked: I liked that you provided a garage to park in. The breakfast was great! I loved the room and it was very clean. I loved having the kitchen setup in the room. The bathroom was huge and very nice.
Disliked: I didn't like the location that much. It was difficult to find parking and a place to park to unload and check in. The hotel was in a tight spot on the street with little to no parking around it.

Liked: Lovely large suites, wonderful breakfast, excellent responsive staff throughout.
Disliked: A little bit worn down, furniture and fixings

One night in downtown Hamilton.

Liked: The outside patio is great for relaxing on a hot summer night. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The hotel itself was good, with underground secured pay-parking. The neighbourhood feels a bit slummy, though, with a homeless problem.

The location was very convenient...

Liked: The room was amazing. And the location was perfect! The hotel was right next to the train station. And finally, the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Free dinners. Space of room. Cleaning service was good.
Disliked: Ants in our bedroom, bed was not flat, had to pay daily for parking, and the amount of homeless and people using drugs just outside the entrance was scary.
