The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, it was hard and squeaked every time I moved. The shower head was maybe broken and was floppy. It took a very long time for the water to get warm. I asked for an extra blanket and was asked to come down to the desk to get it.
