Staybridge Suites Hamilton - Downtown

The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Liked: Great location - able to walk to lots of local hot spots.

Liked: Very friendly check in staff, upgraded our room and gave us a late check out. The hotel was clean, rooms had a full kitchen, renovated bathrooms, nice courtyard available to sit outside, room key entry to hotel and underground parking, light dinner and breakfast included.
