Excellent experience with good price...

Liked: It was a great experience. Beginning with friendly and helpful staff at front desk and ease of access to the hotel, I enjoyed our stay. Everything is in close proximity.

Liked: The size of the rooms were good. Very clean, comfy bed. The bed was lower than most.
Disliked: I booked two rooms, one queen bed the other queen bed disability with roll-in shower. My room had a disability tub. We asked about the roll- in shower and told bc of booking with a third party it wasn't guaranteed, receipt shows roll-in shower. The ac in my room was inadequate and the hotel ac was inadequate also. The other room had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Very apologetic and a new room was given.

Disliked: We stayed in staybridge in Auburn, AL multiple times and it was VERY nice and came. That is the reason I chose staybridge in gulf shores. However, the facilities were not as clean. The carpet felt like it needed vacuuming. Only one elevator. The air conditioner made a noise all night

Liked: It was our first time at the Staybridge, we were greeted by guest services and they seemed happy to help us. Breakfast was great, the taste, presentation and friendly hosts were great! We enjoyed the pool, coffee and were there during the evening service, we don't drink however was a really great experience. Room was clean.
Disliked: One suggestion I would tell the owner, maybe update the carpet to something else or need to do some major shampooing, this is nothing against the wonderful staff, it is just a "wear and tear" needing some attention, such as Hallways and room didn't have a pleasing odor.
