Bad

Disliked: We tried to check in at 2 different times on Saturday after 3. They didn't have a clean room for us. We canceled our reservation and stayed at the hotel next door.

Pleasant

Great Stay!

Liked: Our suite was clean and comfortable. We had a full kitchen which was perfect with the kids.
Disliked: The hot tub and pool were dirty. The facility was good, just needed a good cleaning.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Disliked: Shower was broken and patched horribly.Pullout couch in our room was stained, cushions were old and tattered.Chairs in the main dining room were all peeling and left flakes of fake leather all over my clothes.Hot tub wasn't hot.

Perfect location for the football...

Liked: We didn’t stay for breakfast this time, however we have stayed in the past and it’s been adequate for our needs. Hot food and hot beverages.The staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome. First time we have booked through Booking.com though.
Disliked: I didn’t receive an invoice through my email just a survey asking how my stay was.
