Liked: The staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast! Great variety and very fresh!
Disliked: We were in a suite and the couch cushions were getting worn out, so sitting for a long time was a little uncomfortable. Totally not a deal breaker.

Disliked: The door to our room was broken, looked like it was cracked and broken into with a crowbar. Room 215. Dark female hair was on the shower walls when we got into the room. Had to rinse it off down the drain, really gross.

Disliked: I have been there before and found it different, bad smell on stairwells. Also last night there so much noise of teenagers-running and screaming on the 2nd floor. It was late at night and no one from the staff bothered to check and tell them this is not permitted

Matt sets a standard of excellence that is truly commendable. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every guest is evident in every interaction and detail throughout the hotel.Furthermore, Matt is incredibly attentive to the needs and preferences of guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every request is promptly addressed and every concern is swiftly resolved. It has been more than what I expected, but definitely what I need. His proactive approach to customer service is truly commendable and sets a new standard for excellence in the industry. (I overheard guests and others say the same!)In addition to the exceptional management, the hotel itself is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds are comfy, and the showers are awesome, especially with the great moisturizing creams! The amenities are plentiful, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff are on-point! They are such helpful and sweet people. Additionally, the front desk staff makes me feel comfortable all the time.Overall, my stay at Staybridge Chicago was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the outstanding management by Matt. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you again and again, Matt for your exceptional leadership and for making my stay truly memorable!

Great hotel! great value!

Liked: The room was spacious and clean! Perfect price and the free breakfast was incredible. Hands down best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel establishment! Did not use the pool and other facilities, but had we had more time would have enjoyed all the amenities hotel offered.
