Disliked: The shower pressure was very bad almost 5 minutes to heat up water and you can’t shower off correctly . Bed was well used and old and AC was blowing off n your face making noise that keep us up at night

Liked: Staff is up to help, very nice parking area, breakfast a plus, shuttle service awesome, room amazing, everything super clean. Better than expected. Staff as soon as they see you they say Hi, and ask if there is anything they can do 4 you. Great team.
Disliked: Small breakfast seating area. Only because it was very full.

I needed a hotel near the airport, and this one exceeded all expectations.From the moment I called, things were smooth. Their shuttle arrived precisely on time, which was a huge relief. Check-in was incredibly quick and easy, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making a stressful situation much more pleasant.A delightful surprise was their social hour, offering complimentary food and beverages – a fantastic touch that truly made a difference. My room was not only big and super clean but also came equipped with a full kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's location was also great, making it easy to access everything I needed.I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, especially for travelers facing flight disruptions.
