Nice place to stay, friendly...

Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast selections, very pet friendly.
Disliked: Room surfaces were dusty , dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and evidence of previous occupants on the floor. Linens were clean though so we just tidied up.

Great location, better staff

Liked: Great location, clean and cozy. Really appreciate the staff as my family came in and caught a bad stomach bug and they were accommodating to our needs for clean up with our kids. Breakfast was delicious, pool was nice and clean. Definitely will stay here on my travels through KY again.

Disliked: The ONLY thing we didn't like or could complain about was the beds were way too firm for our liking so our nights sleep weren't good but we will still stay here again. The beds were the only issue

Quiet rooms even with a...

Liked: The bed is super comfortable. When we asked for more of anything, pillows, wash cloths trash bags extra we were given what was needed no questions asked. The staff was amazing for cleaning, breakfast and maintenance. I even used the laundry services and found an employee cleaning the washing machines with a toothbrush! It was cleaner than mine at home.
Disliked: They no longer have social hour. I booked this specifically loving the social hour. I booked it 6 plus months ago and their policy has changed.

Was amazing and relaxing

Liked: Everything was clean and amazing. My family really enjoyed the stay.
Disliked: Only issue is the back parking lot is really hard to get the baggage carrier to the vehicle as there are no ramp or larger vehicles like trucks are blocking the sidewalk.
