Overall good visit

Liked: Karon was fantastic in the breakfast area. She also provided the social time and was great!
Disliked: Some staff wasn’t very friendly and renovations started early in the morning

Liked: The staff - especially the receptionist - were exceptional.
Disliked: Mom is in a wheelchair and the bed was a little too high for her. It would have been good to have a roll away bed available.

I enjoyed my stay here...

Liked: The complimentary breakfast which was from 6:30 to 9:30 was a nice touch. The food was good with options such as waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes and oatmeal. Drinks included coffee, apple juice, orange juice and a soda machine nearby.
Disliked: Not having an oven was a little disappointing but was able to make do with the stove top and microwave. There's not much to do within walking distance of the hotel but I made do. There was some construction going on but that did not take away from the overall experience.
