Staybridge Suites Des Moines Downtown

Called to see if we could check in early and a lady took care of us and said we could and that we'd have a room when we got there. Also the man at the front desk was very polite and helped out a lot!

Liked: Front desk was very nice.
Disliked: No fan in the bathroom.

Would stay again!

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet.

Well our very first day...

Liked: I like the room I like everything about the staybridge hotel we just have a good time when we go there My kids love going down there The exercise room the pool we just love it
Disliked: Well I like the rooms I like the hallways staff is very respectful and everything like that The breakfast is good it's just a very good place to go

Just disappointed

Liked: Hot tub was not working which we booked because it had one, there was a random sock just on the floor, closet doors had gunk on them, shower doors were broken, walls were super thin - could here people on both sides, and then garbage was being empty at 6am outside and could here loud banging.

Liked: Great room! Great breakfast. We had 4 preteens with us and we got a room at the end of the hall which I appreciated because I’m sure we were noisy at times
Disliked: Parking fees

Liked: The breakfast was good. Staff was kind.
Disliked: The only issue we had was the heavy curtain was barely hanging on the rod.

Girls weekend away!

Liked: The divided rooms & space.
Disliked: The toilet was really short, needed bigger trash cans, bathroom was kind of small. These were all minor dislikes. Overall we really loved our room
