Liked: Everything was very good. The room was clean, the suite was spacious, , breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable. They both were warped and need to be replaced. Also an exhaust fan should be in bathroom.

Disliked: Well unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated a bit but given the options overall I appreciate the service I think that the dining staff are new they too are friendly and attentive It's a nice place I am sure that this will improve soon

Excellent experience.

Liked: I liked the staff. They were very polite. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our room wasn't cleaned the second day. That was frustrating. We needed fresh towels.

Accessibility issues

Liked: The staff were extremely apologetic and accommodating and tried everything they could to rectify our problems. For the most part they were professional and polite, the young lady who checked us in really was excellent. She tried to help us resolve or problems. The breakfast was a great benefit, nicely organized, very clean and neat. Parking was very convenient although I don't think you should charge, especially for handicap spaces. Also twice we couldn't use the ramp in front of the hotel because someone had parked their car there that needs to be clearly marked because they're blocking the ramp. I need to reiterate how helpful and kind your staff were. I am not accustomed to being Mobility challenged, and they made me feel very welcomed and not self-conscious.
Disliked: I had asked for an accessible room I was only using my walker because I am trying to stop using my wheelchair. The bedroom & bathroom were so tight I could not get my walker through either door. There are no grab bars so I would never be able to get into shower. I had to sleep on the sofa bed which was tolerable and I went down the hall to use the restroom & it had plenty of room (but no shower.) HOWEVER the motion sensor light might need adjusting. But all of this complicated our stay tremendously.The staff was accommodating as possible but of course they were limited because they couldn't do anything about enlarging the rooms. We were able to slide one bed away from the bathroom so I could at least have privacy if I went in there.I should have requested a rate reduction or something because there's no way those rooms would be considered accessible.My other complaint is if the pool is going to be closed for maintenance you need to have that posted up ahead of schedule we had planned to leave Monday morning and let my grandson go swimming before we left. I mentioned this to someone at the front desk who then told me it was going to be closed for maintenance. I hated that I had promised him to take himswimming and now we couldn't. That was not at all considerate.
