Lisa was amazing

Liked: Lisa was amazing at the front desk, she took care of my reservation problem from booking .com and my daughter's wedding was perfect.
Disliked: New computer system and it didn't seem like the staff was familiar with it yet.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken, but no one told us, so we found out the hard way.

Great stay minus a few...

Liked: Awesome location and nice hotel.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated, which wasn’t the worst but having a toddler with autism, kinda made it hard transitioning him from the pool to a bath tub cause the pool was freezing
