Liked: Location, breakfast
Disliked: Room wasn't set up well. Didn't have table and chairs considering it was a kitchen. Didn't have any cleaning service even tho sign in bathroom said there was light clean on weekdays. When I asked about it they said signs weren't right and they don't do it. I said they should take them down but they said management won't let them?!

Liked: The room was great! The breakfast/common room was nice and spacious. The grounds were pretty and the pool was decent.
Disliked: The parking was very disappointing. I was quite surprised that it was set up that way and the staff just dismissed it and said they don’t control parking-they need too! Take license plates and hold people accountable. We paid a lot of money to have to go two parking lots over to bring the car around or park and walk. The elevator was supposedly broken on our checkout morning and all the staff were using the guest elevator - my elderly mother with mobility issues walked down 5 flights of stairs so she wouldn’t miss her taxi to be told it was not broken and the staff just hadn’t caught on - What?! Breakfast was awesome Monday morning and then got a little worse each day - everything actually ran out early Tuesday morning. The lady tending to the breakfast was great though!
