Needs pre professionalism.

Liked: Not much. Room was clean.
Disliked: Evening person was awful. And she messed up our room reservation and was not the least bit concerned l. All the other staff was fine but she was awful. Didn't appreciate the company meeting in the hall way during check out either.

Liked: They had fresh fruit as a breakfast option. There was also plenty of parking spaces for everyone.
Disliked: When I arrived I had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because there was no one at the desk and when someone arrived (the sales manager), she didn't know how to check me in and needed to find the desk person. I also had some very questionable stains on the carpet and furniture in the living room. The breakfast was very sub-par for a hotel breakfast. The weather stripping and soundproofing on the doors was also missing so I was able to hear the person across the hall's phone conversation and the action movie they were watching one night.

Awful customer service

Liked: Booked a two double bed room on Booking.com.. establishment rudely told me that my reservation confirmation is not what booking.com sent to them and if I wanted the room I booked it would cost me $50 more per night. The front desk employee was not at all about helping resolve the problem, she pulled the bait and switch which I have never experienced with booking.com… a phone call to booking.com indicated that the hotel refused to honor the reservation I made
