Would stay here every time...

Liked: The breakfast was more than we imagined for a “free breakfast”. There were numerous options even for picky eaters. The staff were all extremely friendly. Our room had everything we could need in it. Even with a system error the overnight attendant made sure to get us to our room quickly.
Disliked: We didn’t have linens in the room for the sofa bed. However, the front desk solved this issue in just a couple minutes.

I was blown away by...

Liked: The staff was fantastic. The free breakfast is more than one could ask for or imagine. Everyday was fresh and delicious. The assortment was amazing, and it came as a great surprise in comparison to the blah free breakfasts common to the HIE hotels. The laundry machines and dryers were new and free for guest use.
Disliked: I liked the workout room. However, there was very little room to use the weights or do any floor stretches or workouts. Fine if you only need to use the treadmill, elliptical, or bike.

Disliked: No bedsheet and blankets available for the sofa bed. On calling the front desk, they said they can’t bring it up. I need to come get it. I expected them to have it available in the room and if not Atleast bring it. It was just inconvenient when you can two small kids almost sleeping. Not too many options for breakfast buffet as well.
