Very nice, would stay here again.

Liked: New; VERY quiet and the bed was great.
Disliked: Paying $8 for parking after paying $200 for the room.

Great parking; updated, clean rooms; excellent free breakfast and free dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Staff is great.

Liked: Great place to stay. Rooms are excellent. Staff is very helpful and cordial. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area to stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

Liked: The proximity to the convention center was the main benefit. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel had a terrible smell. The room was not very clean with lots of dust and hair in on the floor. The halways were extremely hot and uncomfortable. Our refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. The hardware on our door was is disrepair which made it very difficult to open and close our door. We submitted a maintenance request and nothing was done to fix the issues while we were there.

Liked: The desk in the room was good to work at, and the kitchenette seemed adequate.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well. The toilet had not been adequately cleaned. The closet in my room was missing one of the folding doors. The couch in my room was frayed and worn. These rooms have not been updated in quite some time.The hallways were littered with small bits of trash and had not been vacuumed recently. Breakfast food was not replenished on time. I paid for parking ahead of time, but there was no apparent need to, the hotel didn't give me a tag or even write down my license plate. Staff wasn't at the desk to help me check in for quite some time. The hotel was extremely noisy with guests during my visit. The two elevators were extremely slow, and the stairs only led outside (which I discovered during a rainstorm) so they were not an option. The hotel is next to the convention center, which I thought would be safe, but the bars and fences on the property and the surrounding industrial area made it seem sketchy. The parking lot was in need of significant repair, and it looked like one of the light posts had been knocked down or some other construction was happening in the middle.

Disliked: We honestly didn't have any issues whatsoever.
