Very nice, would stay here again.

Liked: New; VERY quiet and the bed was great.
Disliked: Paying $8 for parking after paying $200 for the room.

Great parking; updated, clean rooms; excellent free breakfast and free dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Staff is great.

Liked: Great place to stay. Rooms are excellent. Staff is very helpful and cordial. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area to stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great staff, awful hotel.

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were in fairly good condition.
Disliked: Our room was in such disrepair we had to switch (broken door that wouldn't close, tack strip exposed in the middle of the floor, lamp and outlets broken, huge wet spot on the floor, etc). Check in was supposed to be at 3 but our room wasn't ready until 4:30. There are no stairs accessible from the lobby and only one elevator so the lobby was filled with people waiting on the elevator every time we had to come down. To access stairs you have to exit the building through a side street door, which seems like a hazard as well as inconvenient. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was so filthy it was unusable.
