Very nice, would stay here again.

Liked: New; VERY quiet and the bed was great.
Disliked: Paying $8 for parking after paying $200 for the room.

Great parking; updated, clean rooms; excellent free breakfast and free dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Staff is great.

Liked: Great place to stay. Rooms are excellent. Staff is very helpful and cordial. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area to stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

Liked: Breakfast served was very delicious. I liked how rhey had a social an d offered complementary light dinner with drinks (that was a nice surprise). There were some hiccups with some staff members, however, they were very accommodating in resolving the issue.
Disliked: The sofa couch was stained. I draped sheets over it to sit down on it. The walls, window and blinds were very dirty. There was an air conditioner leak on the balcony. The water had settled and it started to grow moss on the balcony floor. I think they need to work more on the upkeep of the building.

Not the best

Liked: Good little kitchen. Nice door. Good bedding and bedroom. Nice parking. Good breakfast area.
Disliked: Sofa and chair were from a homeless shelter. Major ick. Crumbs on the floor and dirty counters when we checked in. Bathroom was pretty banged up. Ripped shower curtain. Rotten bathroom door.

Disliked: room needs new mattress and sofa, armrest on office chair broken, one elevator broke down while we were there

Disliked: I did not like that there is a parking fee at the property, the couch mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel all the metal and there wasn't a comforter for sleeping.

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, mouse poop in the cabinet,the microwave was dirty on the outside,A used wine bottle in the fridge! The room had a smell
