Liked: Location and quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable and obviously fragrant-free detergent was used. NICE!!
Disliked: When we entered our room, there was a strong smell of fragrance, like laundry detergent or air freshener. It was a dryer sheet placed in the closet. I have bad allergies to such things. Thankfully we found it and disposed of it before it made me sick. I only ended up with a headache and coffee grounds helped to dispel that. Glad I didn't have to call 911 or go to ER at midnight (when we checked in after a late flight). Please advise housekeeping that not all "helpful tips" are helpful. Thank you.

Could be great, but employees...

Liked: The property was in a perfect location for our trip. Beds were comfortable. The amenities in the room are great. It’s nice to have an affordable stay with a full kitchen. The patio area is absolutely gorgeous.
Disliked: The receptionist that was there is absolutely not meant for a customer service position. She ignored us while texting for check-in. She told us nothing about the hotel amenities, etc. She didn’t even give us our room number, it was just written on the key holder. When we get to the room we notice - the room was dirty. Housekeeping seemed to only do half the work they should. We had no towels in the room, which means we had to again deal with the rude receptionist to get some. The walls and vents are covered in dust and what seems to be food splatter. The room is so dusty that an outlet has dust poking out from behind it so bad it doesn’t work. I fear for the fire hazard this is. All of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, and we had to wash them before using them. It genuinely seems as if nothing other than cleaning the bathroom and changing the bedding has been done in this room in several months.

"Home away from home."

Liked: This is a repeat visit. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by team member SHONECE CHRISTMAS at the front desk. It was very busy as there were numerous guests arriving.Ms. Christmas handled each guest as if they were the only one. She carefully processed each arrival. Although there were several guests ahead of me my wait was short. Once processed I was given directions to my room.
