Great location, wonderful stay, quiet...

Liked: Great location! So close to airport along with great shopping centers nearby. Front desk staff were so warm and friendly! Billy checked me upon arrival and so nice. Room was as described (double queen suite) and laid out great. enough room for my friend and I who were staying for 7 days. Bed and pillows were so comfy! Sound-proof walls and ceilings. You don't hear much noise at all (depending on where you are I suppose), but I was on 2nd floor and was worried about upstairs noise which was quiet the whole 7 days. If you're concerned, request the 4th floor! The free breakfast had a wonderful variety each day. Waffles, cereal, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, eggs (Omelets, too), potatoes, sausage/bacon (depending on the day) juice, coffee, soda. no one will go away hungry in the morning. Housekeeping are some hard-working and sweet ladies! Indoor pool was great!Had one concern upon entering where the air conditioning was not getting cool. I called down to front desk and the maintenance guy, Robert, came up within 5 minutes and unplugged unit and turned off thermostat for a few minutes and it reset and worked like a charm! (I needed to do this each afternoon myself FYI, but try that first if you have issues!).
Disliked: There is not a door that separates entire bathroom from room itself, only a door to the toilet/shower (and that is cramped quarters). Wish their was a pocket door to slide for more privacy for entire sink area and closet. The door to the shower/ toilet was stuck due to moisture. There is no fan and ventilation in toilet/shower. The fitness room needs dumb bells.

Disliked: Room rate was way too high but it was due to graduation weekend-

Great place to stay.

Liked: The indoor heated pool was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet so we didn't get noise from other rooms or the hallway.
Disliked: The bathroom only had a walk in shower. No tub.

Okay but Over Priced!

Liked: Good food but limited selection. Pool area nice. Halls clean. Cleaning personnel very accommodating.
Disliked: Room lights burned out. Dining seating on couches uncomfortable. Long term government housing residents monopolized laundry facilities and luggage carts.

Liked: Great room lay-out; nice amenities. Front desk Ken and Breakfast attendant very helpful.
Disliked: Lay out of building is NUTS…. The Elevator is at the wrong end.
