Very reliable and comfortable

Liked: Comfortable and nice, good location for us, really nice staff
Disliked: Laundry room has many broken appliances

Liked: We felt safe and it was conveniently located. It was very clean. Breakfast was decent. We really appreciated having a full kitchen and cookware. Having a bedroom door was great!
Disliked: The gym was sad and could at least have some dumbbells available. It was hard to get trash picked up and a larger trash can would have been logical considering the suite has a full kitchen for cooking meals. We were only provided with a small wastebasket which doesn’t accommodate groceries for cooking.

Liked: Very clean room and bathroom! Located pretty close to everything.
Disliked: I feel like they need to get more breakfast staff. They had a really hard time keeping things full and clean. Looked to be only 1 person and that definitely is not enough staff for this big hotel.

Never made it.

Liked: The property appeared nice online and the front desk staff was great at answering my questions regarding my business travel.
Disliked: My business trip was canceled last minute. I canceled my booking through the Booking website and messaged the property for a potential refund or to move the date, but never heard back and my stay was marked as completed when I never checked in.

Exceptional

Liked: The bed and shower were great. We had a handicap room which was great for my husband because of the bars in the shower. I had not even thought of requesting that before.

Liked: Location to all things.
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortableBathroom in need of asthetics repairs. Walls peeling and shower paint missing.Second day of stay, minimal food available for buffet. No coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit, sausage, biscuits and several other items. When several patrons inquired, we were told food budget was cut and food delivery truck would be there that afternoon. Unacceptable.
