Disliked: Apparently I was told booking dot com was supposed to call me and inform me that the boiler had broke and no hot water was available. Did not receive a phone call and had to book a room at another hotel.

Liked: Staff are friendly. Buffet hot breakfast is sufficient. Room has all the amenities as advertised. Pool and hot tub was loved by our daughter.
Disliked: None.

Being picky. Wasn't the best stay. Have aHad better experiences at this place.

Liked: The rooms were clean. The staff was more or less friendly and accommodating. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there but still helped.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Normally there's someone that keeps an eye on everything but not this time. The food was always empty and the drinks were empty.
