Very nice place to stay

Liked: The hotel was very nice and staff helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone. Our room had more than enough space.
Disliked: The AC kept on changing even when choosing certain temperature.

Too many animals - also...

Liked: Comfortable and clean - Good breakfast
Disliked: Uncontrolled dogs at breakfast - need separate area for dogs (people can be allergic or dislike dogs or simply do not want them around whilst eating ) - Customers feeding their dogs with breakfast sausages and sitting on seats that customers will sit on later - poor hygiene!

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel was great everything we needed. Staff were exceptional especially Laura, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely great selection and tasty. Our room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The distance from hotel till town centre. Not a great deal of places to eat quickly, need to go to the mermaid Quay or town centre which are a good 20 min walk.

Cardiff’s Hidden Gem - A...

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay here!The location couldn’t be better — just a short, easy walk to Cardiff Bay and the city centre. We booked three king suites and they were way bigger than we expected, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable.The mini kitchens were such a nice touch — dishwasher, two electric hobs, cooking pots, a mini fridge, and all the utensils you could possibly need. It made it feel a bit like home. The bathrooms were fresh and well kept too.Parking was stress-free with plenty of space, and the bonus? Four electric charging stations — so we never had to worry about finding one.The staff were just lovely — friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome.
Disliked: What's not to like?
