GOOD VALUE ACCOMMODATION WHEN VISITING...

Liked: Excellent sized room with fully equipped kitchen.Excellent condition and spotlessly clean.On-site parking at a reasonable cost.Breakfast was good but not exceptional.Staff attentive, polite and helpful.Great value for money.
Disliked: Everything met my expectations

Good sized rooms with Kitchenette....

Liked: It was a good standard cooked & contental breakfast.Great sized rooms. Location is 15 mins from city centre & 10 mins from Cardiff Bay. If you want to be walk yo both areas then the location is OK. Staff were really helpful, professional & polite. Room thermostat worked. Convenience store right outside the hotel was great.
Disliked: Room was looking a wee bit tired. Not very good sound proofing as we could hear loud guests in other rooms & smokers outside our bedroom window in the mornings

Liked: The hotel and a room was very clean, nice breakfast, free 24hrs coffee tea juice etc, friendly staff, great location walking distance to Cardiff bay and city centre

Good stay

Liked: Great for short stay. Only about 15-20mins walk from Cardiff Bay. Personal was very sweet and helpful. Room was spacious and nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite basic with very limited spaces so we needed to wait a bit before other guests left. Same with parking space - the parking space is very limited so you might end up parking on street. Which wasn’t problem for us but wanna mention it.
