Great value and well stocked...

Liked: The suite was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything! 4th floor. Showers had good white water and pressure. Complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice touch and offered a great variety.
Disliked: Unfortunately the pullout couch was a write-off and we couldn't use it due to the horrid condition of the mattress (sunk in and you could feel each coil and the metal slat/frame). Opted to just lay a sheet over the sofa instead.Checked out the pool/ hot tub an hour before it closed. There were no towels in the pool area, so we had to leave wet back to our rooms. No change rooms or showers in that area either which is inconvenient.

Liked: The continental breakfast is good, the room is clean and everything is provided, free parking is also kind of nice
Disliked: There is a portion in the parking where there is uneven pavement, i feel its not so safe most esp in the winter months, also there is no 4 way stop there, accidents is likely to happen.. The cleanliness in the elevator or some common areas needs a bit of improvement.

If it wasn’t for the...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The eating area was well maintained and clean. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast.
Disliked: I never had hot water in the shower during my 7 day stay. Lukewarm at best and not hot at all once. I was told that one day there was an issue with the water heater and it would be fixed. It was somewhat better but still cold.Room service on weekend needs to be requested by 5pm on Friday which was after I arrived.
