Pleasant

Liked: The staff was amazing, however I would look at updating the rooms and replacing broken items.Can't say I had a pleasant sleep as for 2 nights there was a lot of noise after midnight.Shower was dirty and kitchen outdated.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Room layout. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Not enough elevators, most of the times elevator is occupied with hotel staff.

Disliked: Well we had to change rooms because our room didn’t have hot water Once we changed it was better The rooms and hallways had a unpleasant smell

Great for families

Liked: They offered a fairly big breakfast. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Disliked: The bacon was overdone at breakfast.

Liked: the room was great, very clean. the pool was clean and a lot of fun for kids, and the continental breakfast was 10/10.
Disliked: being near a busy street, you hear cars drive by all night. on the third floor could hear banging and foot steps all night from the floor above, walls are thin.

Disliked: Carpets are hard to keep clean from pet dander etc. One member of our party was allergic to whatever was in them.
