Liked: The room was nice and clean and big
Disliked: When I made the reservation the person who helped me did not write my right phone number down and so the Hotel could not call me to let us know the pool was closed down so we could change hotels if we wanted to do my children were so incredibly upset

Liked: I love that they offer free supper, breakfast is good, beds were comfortable and the room is spacious
Disliked: the clorine in the pool area was burning my eyes. I found that the room was lacking in maintenance, for example, my room door handle was falling off and not working properly. Our room key continually gave us issues letting us in. The guide for the tv wasn't working and front desk had no idea of the channels for us to find a kids channel

Liked: Great hotel for families and sports teams
Disliked: One of the hotel staff was frustrated one of the nights due to the noise from another team. Instead of dealing with the issues he got heated with me when I came to ask for a new key for my room. I informed him that it wasnt our kids causing the issues. He apologized to me afterwards realizing he made a mistake but the overreaction was enough to make me not want to book there ever again.
