Nice hotel, great staff!

Liked: It is a nice hotel. Very clean, staff were exceptional!! Room was very nice!! Complimentary breakfast was among the best we've ever had. We stayed in the king suite.
Disliked: There were 2 things we didn't like about the hotel. One thing was the pillows. They were way too soft. Even with the 2 pillows, your head went down to the mattress. It was quite uncomfortable. I woke up with a very stiff neck. The second thing was the location. It's across from a bottle depot, and there were bums hanging out on the street in front. I know there's nothing that can be done about the location, but it's something that we didn't like.

Liked: I liked the fact you had something for everybody. I was still somewhat fill from dinner the previous night so didn’t have much, unfortunately.
Disliked: The light flashing in the smoke detector was a little distracting at night but not too bad.

Clean, quiet, VERY VERY comfy...

Disliked: There isn’t anything we didn’t like, maybe a few suggestions (maybe some hooks for towels, clothes at pool as the water sits on the decks w little place to put your things when chairs are taken).
