Liked: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Have never stayed at this hotel brand & will definitely look for it on future trips. Loved the room/amenities, very quiet, comfortable beds, well stocked bath/kitchen, terrific staff, breakfast was very good with many options & loved the close location to Charleston. Far exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: Nothing, it was exceptional. Best hotel we've stayed in all our travels.

Liked: This property was very nice. It was clean, beds comfortable and they offered complimentary laundry room which was really nice. Staff were all professional and helpful. Free parking was also a plus.
Disliked: The front door of our room was not install correctly, therefore there was light coming in from both side and underneath and at night the hallway light came in strongly. I also did not like the mandatory night light on light switch in the bathroom. Since there was no door between the bathroom sink and your bedroom again the room was way too lite up to comfortably sleep.

Beautiful property

Liked: The room was beautiful and we love the accommodations.
Disliked: One of the team members was new and we had asked to extend our reservation and he did not enter it correctly. The room was release due to a sports team that was coming in and we had to leave earlier than we had requested. We were planning on staying another month and had to find other accommodations in an area where there were sports teams and spring breaks and things beginning and it was very difficult. It was very disappointing.
