Liked: Staff was friendly and place was clean. Breakfast was nice. Good location for my needs.
Disliked: WiFi was terrible. To go West or South required going East or North then finding a place to turn around.

Liked: Everything, the hotel is so beautiful kids enjoyed in the pool.
Disliked: Great hotel, beautiful place, the rooms are so comfortable and very clean, you have all you beed in the room., the breakfast was amazing. The staff were so kind and happy to serve and to assist.Great value and really perfect place to stay!!!

A very nice property, ruined...
Liked: Rooms, furnishings, gym, pool
Disliked: Our room was not available on check in, so we were downgraded to the cheapest room, which had a double bed. When we asked for a room of equal value,to what we had booked, we were shown a handicapped room with no closet to hang clothes. We were offered no discount or any other meaningful compensation for their error. Instead, we were told to blame Booking.com. On the second night of our stay, we were given a room of the quality booked, but which had been rejected by another guest, due to an odor of tobacco smoke in the room. We accepted it, because no alternative was offered. The hotel manager dismissed us without an apology. The breakfast buffet staff allowed routine items to run out, including not only foods but utensils and plates. One would wait 15 t0 20 minutes or more for these essentials to be replenished. This occurred on EVERY MORNING of our 5night stay, at ALL TIMES THAT THE BUFFET WAS OPEN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THERE WERE CROWDS! The spa had been out of service for days, due to a single missing replacement part, and was not functioning at all during our entire stay. Printers in the business center were unavailable for at least 4 days because no one replaced the empty toner cartridges. The pool water needed shocking, because it was very cloudy. Finally, HOUSEKEEPING CAME ONLY ONE TIME IN 5 DAYS TO TIDY OUR ROOM. WE CALLED THE MANAGER ON DUTY EVERY SINLGLE NIGHT AND EVERY MORNING AND EVERY AFTERNOON TO REQUEST THIS ROUTINE SERVICE, AND WERE REASSURED BY THE 5 DIFFERENT MANAGERS THAT THE ROOM WOULD BE SERVICED. It was done ONCE ONLY IN 5DAYS!! NO ONE, PARTICULARLY THE 'GENERAL MANAGER' Stephanie Pericozzi, did ANYTHING to address these severe lapses. Worst, most ineffective, incompetent management that I have ever observed in 50 years of frequent travel.

Liked: The Staybridge Buffalo Airport is a Gem! The rooms are spacious, well-furnished (nice furniture) and clean. Very Impressive! The rest of the hotel is great as well. Definitely happy with the overall experience. Great service at the front desk as well
