We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating & professional, check in was easy. The room was okay the bathroom was very nice. Me and my son absolutely loved the gym its not huge but what i liked is that it's open 24 hours and when me and my son went there around 10pm there was no one in there and as an introverted person this was my dream come true! Not sure how it is at other times though. There is also a games den which i can't recall seeing on the advert on booking.com but i could be wrong and not have seen it, so was really good to find out they had a gaming room with a pool table it also had sofas and board games and chess and books. We would book again in the future, brekfast was okay it was limited the hot food only 4 items wasn't that great but can't complain as it was free. Didn't really hear any noise from anyone else as i think there was some form of soundproofing. Had a problem switching on the cooker lady came up.within a few minutes to sort it out and done it in like 10 seconds which was appreciated while in the middle.of trying to cook for my son. Washing up liquid was provided and a sponge and dishwasher tablets shampoo conditioner.
Disliked: The room was clean and okay, but i did notice alot of water marks on the cupboards in the kitchen i went to wipe it off to see if it would come off and it did, so appears that was not cleaned properly. Everything else was fine. Pets are allowed i brought my dog along but in the booking confirmation it said you can't leave them in the room by there self to go out this wasn't clear to me before booking but was okay for us because we was only there for a night. But they are allowed elsewhere in the hotel just not in the dining room. But over all we enjoyed our stay. Pillows was very thin and cheap feeling. Bed okay.no windows that open was very hot in the afternoon and didn't do much. Would be vetter putting a fan in the room, we enjoyed our stay though and would book again.

Liked: I love the size of the rooms, that it’s very quiet and how clean it is.
Disliked: That the lift didn’t work, I would have liked to be informed prior to my stay that the elevator was out of order.

Liked: The staff were amazing. Very friendly and courteous. Customer service was excellent. Especially the receptionist who checked us in and the breakfast staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The decor was upto date and very sophisticated.
Disliked: The room was very cold. Due to a predicted heatwave I am guessing the heating was set to a max limit but the room was incredibly cold and it was difficult to sleep and I have caught a cold due to the cold room I think.
