Can't wait to stay again!

Liked: Everyone was wonderful we didn't want for anything. The room was clean and huge and with 3 boys I appreciated my own space.
Disliked: Wish breakfast hours were longer(we like to sleep in).

Disappointed, and disgusted!

Liked: Location was good, but hotel and desk supervisor, Daniel was absolutely disappointing!
Disliked: Hotel stunk, rooms had an oder, and was 10 times worse in one of our rooms due to no air! Spray used to cover up oder was over bearing an with no air made you sick! Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, sink was stopped up and no air in one room. The other room stunk as well, black mold looking substance formed around air vent and door to bedroom did not close. Went to pool for a few minutes to get away from smell and was hit by flying debris from a gentleman using a weed-eater right next to the pool. That was last straw, grabbed our bags and left! Desk supervisor Daniel refuses to return our money and denies there were problems. Not only will I leave a poor review on every social media platform I can, I will probably never stay at an IHG hotel again! I highly recommend IHG to remove Staybridge from there list and Daniel, desk supervisor, receive additional training in customer relations. This really put a damper on our little getaway!!

Disliked: At check-in I was told all rooms were pet friendly!As a hotel guest you may be subject to dog hair, fleas, and pet dander. If you are allergic to pets , you are out of luck at this property. They need to have designated pet floors and non pet floors.Dead bolt on door was broken and would not lock.Hotel would not honor room type as requested to Booking.com.Hotel was clean, but noisy at night.

Disliked: The pool was warm. It was very hot so I would like cooler water on hot days.
