Worth the price and staff...

Liked: The architecture was beautiful. My room was nice and I always like when there’s a kitchen. Although I didn’t cook, it’s nice to have the convenience of all the appliances and to have a separate eating area. The shower and water pressure were both great. I did use the valet even though there’s a parking garage right next door, which is the one the valet uses. The buffet breakfast had a good variety to choose from. There was never a line or wait for table, everything was kept full and staff was available to help if you needed it. Location was good, little more than a block to Inner Harbor.

Mediocre bring an eye mask

Liked: The location was chosen by the bride and groom for the wedding guests
Disliked: The curtains didn’t close so the light from the street and the noise from the street kept us up most of the night. We booked a two bedroom suite, but the problem was that the bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom so the second guest had to come into our room in order to access the bathroom.

Liked: Location is close to everything. Room was very spacious.
Disliked: Our air wouldn’t stay on. We called twice and nobody came to fix it. You can also hear everything in the hall and the next rooms. Staff is a little abrasive if you have questions.

Hotel Nice for Families

Liked: The hotel staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms are a good size for a family of four. The room was clean.
Disliked: The price of the hotel for 2 nights was pricey and having to pay for valet parking plus the hotel stay in a lot. The parking should be included. Some cable channels were not working so I missed the missed NBA playoff games. The beds were uncomfortable especially if you have back issues.

We loved it

Liked: Great place to stay. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we had a good view of the harbor from it. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, the only bad thing was that we didn't have the best weather when we were there but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We were able to get discount tickets to the Aquarium at the hotel, we just had to ask the desk clerk to sign us in to the computer to do it. The continental breakfast was what you usually get and it was good, except for the juice. For some reason the juice dispenser didn't serve the juice cold, and the orange juice was awful. We are actually staying there again later this summer and taking our grandson.
Disliked: The juice at the continental breakfast was warm, and the orange juice tasted awful

It was expensive at 275...

Liked: Easy parking and good walking distance to inner harbor
Disliked: Old run down . Room needed paint and. Repair . First floor room was so noisy from street noise and light from street I could not sleep at all.
