We would stay here again!...

Liked: Location was off of the highway. Restaurants nearby. Easy access to other parts of Charlotte. Loved the kitchenette!
Disliked: Stairwell was dirty. It was brought to the attention of staff.

Closer monitoring of smoking and...

Liked: Good location; nice amount of space in the room; very pleasant, helpful and professional staff; breakfast option was very convenient.
Disliked: Couch mattress cover was stained(they replaced it); room smelled like weed as a result of other guests smoking near hvac unit intake (manager provided room spray, said she would address the suspected guest(s) and monitor as they could). Guest left a cat poop filled litter box on the sidewalk and then we watched her come back outside & carry it back inside- having cats inside a hotel doesn’t seem very sanitary.
