Great staff! Our reservation came...

Liked: The staff and service.
Disliked: The largest issue was with our booking. The wrong details were sent from Booking to the hotel. The hotel was able to accommodate us.

The stay was just ok.

Liked: The room was very nice but after being in it for a while we noticed gnats. I'm not sure if a previous tenant left food but the gnats were very annoying.
Disliked: Gnats in the room, the TV didn't work accurately after the first night, and having to pay for parking. I paid for parking for no reason. This was not discussed at check-in and don't appreciate the extra charges. On top of not being aware of the charge, the parking lots were empty the whole time we stayed. So it wasn't because of shortage of parking spots. Give me an explanation or refund the $14.99 + taxes. It doesn't make sense. And nowhere did it say, upon reservation, I would have to pay for parking. Also the weekend crew/workers, besides the maintenance man, are not very friendly. It was like I was bothering them for any kind of help.

Have stayed at this facility...

Liked: Other than needing to be a rocket engineer or preteen to work the television the room was excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast needs to start earlier on Sunday.

Liked: Room was nice, large and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: WiFi was terrible, breakfast was worse. No bowls, spoons, limited options, some bad tasting, awful coffee.

Kitchen was nice if needed....

Liked: Helpful pleasant staff. Decent facility but didn’t realize no maid or linen service unless staying 7 nights. We used our towels for shower and pool then didn’t have clean ones for shower. Stayed Sat and Sunday night.
