Horrible experience.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They canceled my room due to a payment issue from Booking.com. The manager, Keisha, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on the customer service representative from Booking.com. I was not able to get a room due to the issue between the hotel and Booking.com but the hotel still charged me. Customer service is nonexistent at this hotel. They basically stole my money. I have no recourse to get a refund. They lied to Booking.com and to me.

Liked: Clean. Great Breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The cost to have my 8 pound dog cost $100 for 1 night, which my dog is cleaner than some people. Also the one bed was up against the wall and window while the other bed was right in front of the bathroom opening which was difficult for someone with a disability. Plus, the room walls and ceilings are old and had some stains, and repairs/patch work was not professionally done.
