Did not enjoy my stay,...

Liked: The breakfast was terrible and cold. Did not enjoy.
Disliked: My room was dirty. My sheets were not clean.

Disliked: They made me wait a hour after check in to be able to check in because the rooms wasn’t clean , the pool was not available, breakfast was nasty and they did nothing to compensate me for my stay , 0/10 I do not recommend

Liked: Covered parking. Cool view of downtown.
Disliked: Our child built a fort on the floor and slept in it because there was mold on the pull out couch and stains on pull out mattress that have never been attempted to be cleaned off. We had to make it fun somehow. Also major water leak from under kitchen sink into floor, hair in bathroom sink, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

Liked: Breakfast was separated based on Staybridge or the otherhotel that was in the same building. I’m assuming the other hotel cost more. Although it was a joint hotel, they made sure you knew you didn’t belong. Accidentally walked into the other hotel’s breakfast area instead of staybridge. I was immediately ushered away, after assuming I just had to be in the wrong location. I honestly just booked something last minute, and could have afforded better if I wanted. So that made me feel very low. Imagine how those who couldn’t afford better feel in that situation. Would never stay there again. It’s not worth the price either way.
Disliked: The hotel was not clean, and very outdated. I literally wiped my finger across so much dust in the kitchen area of my studio room. The balcony’s glass was filthy, and I couldn’t enjoy the view being that the door was bolted as well ( I’m assuming insurance purposes). The accent chair in the room looked so dingy that I would never sit. The hotel gave one of those $50 motels people used to could pay by the hour. Only good thing is the location, but definitely outdated.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Disliked: We had to pay for parking after paying over $200 for a hotel room. You advertised a balcony that we couldn't even access. There was no AC in our room it was over 78 degrees. When brought up to the staff it was brushed off like nothing was wrong.

Liked: I liked Jeremy Benz he was a highlight
Disliked: There were no towels in my room on check in, also no trash cans in the room
