Disliked: two days back-to-back I could not get towels call front desk from room no answer

Absolutely not worth the stay...

Liked: I am hardly ever someone that complains or points out little issues, but for the amount of money that we paid we expected more from this hotel. We drive 3 1/2 hours on these trips to Atlanta because my wife has to keep coming up here to prepare for a liver transplant at Piedmont. So, it is really close to the hospital which was going to make things a lot easier. Well, it was late by the time we got there and was hoping to get to the room and get settled in and have a great night's rest, but instead we couldn't get the room to a comfortable temple and after turning it the thermostat all the way to 65 the room stayed at 74-86 degrees and we were all 3 hot... My son slept on the sofa bed and for the money we paid we expected much better than the very old, worn out, dirty and dingy twin mattress that was in there so he couldn't hardly sleep at all... None of us did... There was no linens or blanket for the pullout bed in the room at all and had to go to the front desk to get them. The "supposedly" everything that was said to be in the kitchen was not so... No forks to eat our food with and not even one pot or pan that should be provided in a room with a kitchen and as advertised. On line it said that valet parking was available for 50 dollars a day and of course a tip expected as well, but there was the option for regular parking with what would appear to be basic parking for free and said nothing about a charge for that so, with the many expenses we have and are facing $50 was a lot to begin with and was talked into valet parking because if we chose regular parking it would cost 6 dollars an hour to park and reassured is that valet parking would be our cheapest option. We live paycheck to paycheck and did not expect this and felt we were mislead. So, will we ever stay at this hotel again? Absolutely not! Do better staybridge. People pay a lot of money to stay there and expect more.
Disliked: I stated in above question because I didn't realize it was going to be a what we liked question and then what we didn't like thing. I'm not retyping it all again.

Simply, okay.

Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: The room was not clean, when we requested a blanket or additional towels we were tied they didnt have it, staff was not very friendly, there was ketchup splattered all over the kitchen that no one cleaned up, the windows were filthy, and there was a lot of outside noise (noisy cars going around the block continuously).

Disliked: Parking...no so good $$and price...just not use to the fees

Disliked: Well first they didn’t have our room available ! We got stuck in a one bed suite as a party of 5 . The lady at the front desk was so rude and could of cared less ! The AC didn’t work , hairdryer didn’t work , shower curtain was nasty and we had NO towels . Couldn’t get anyone to answer us ! As many times as we’ve stayed at a Staybridge we couldn’t wait to check out of this one !
