Disliked: No clean rooms. Reservations not maintained. They didn't give room with kitchen. They downgraded me to a room and said either take it or I can cancel the reservation when I was already standing in their desk. No room service. Took me 5 trips and 2 hours with customer care to get pillows they missed for my room.Overall this completely destroyed my vacation. Will never ever stay in IHG groups

Liked: There was poop on the floor in the connecting walkway to the hotel from the parking garage. It was there when we got there and when we left. People had stepped in it and it was disgusting.
Disliked: The room smelled moldy and the air in the room just made us feel dirty. The shower curtain looked to have blood on it and dark brown stains like someone got poop off their butt and wiped it on the shower curtain.

Disliked: My 3 night stay dilemma....Air condition didn't work almost the entire building my room reached a temperature of 84 degrees. I went to the counter complained multiple times. I was told they would send a engineer to the room to check the air. This guy was a joke come in unscrew the cover of the AC unit tap something then said it should start feeling cooler in a few minutes. 2hrs later still no change in the temperature, I went back to the counter, and asked them to transfer me to another location near the airport. They decided to move me to another room on the 19th floor, I was originally on the 24th floor. The room was a bit cooler. I was told if we canceled our reservation early it would be $250.00 fee, so my husband and I finished our stay here. I will never return to this location again. This building is outdated and old but charging today's prices for a room. This hotel has two hotels in one building -Crowne Plaza & Staybridge, you will be treated differently depending on which one you check in with. Crowne Plaza has breakfast buffet you pay in advance during booking. Waiters serve you coffees and etc.,oh by the way the sitting area for breakfast is decent. If booked with Stay bridge they put you in some back conference room, buffet is available but the service you get with crowne plaza you won't receive that with Staybridge guest, staff very rude and disrespectful the breakfast is over at 930am and at 920am they are packing up breakfast while you are trying to fix your food. While Crowne Plaza guest are not being rushed. At the moment I decided not to return to breakfast the following day. And request a refund for breakfast. With booking which i shouldn't have paid for anyway Staybridge breakfast is free. The lobby has large fans blowing I thought it was a huge Bluetooth speaker in the bar area it was a fan blowing very hard.

Liked: The king room that was provided to us had good space.
Disliked: We ordered a room and when we arrived they said they couldn’t accommodate our 6 guests because the room they have for us had A/C issues. After almost an hour we were provided a room. They didn’t have sheets for the pull out sofa. Didn’t get sheets until 11pm very upset as we were tired from driving all day. The sheets they provided for us were kind of damp. They said it took so long to accommodate us because they only had one person working.
